This 75-minute consultation is designed to gain a thorough understanding of your current health picture. During this session, we explore your health history, presenting concerns, lifestyle, nutrition, and overall wellbeing, allowing space for a detailed and considered assessment. Following the consultation, we will create a tailored restorative plan, which may include nutritional and lifestyle guidance, herbal and nutritional support, and recommendations for further testing where clinically appropriate. This session forms the foundation for ongoing naturopathic care and is recommended for new clients beginning their wellness journey with Codrington Herbs.
